String Piezometer
The string piezometer manufactured by RST provides high accuracy, stability of readings and reliability in difficult geotechnical conditions. String piezometers are the most efficient electric piezometers because the frequency output of string sensors is immune to external electrical interference and resistant to the humid environment common in geotechnical applications.
String piezometers contain a high-strength steel wire with a fixed support at one end, and at the other end they are attached to a membrane under hydraulic pressure.
